Construction

• Body Horizontal Rectangular. Outer body made of thick gauge mild steel.
• Insulation Lagged with ceramic wool instead of conventionally used insulation bricks, to make the furnace light in weight and to minimize heat loss.
• Finish Painted with enamel paint.

Heating and Control

• Heating is carried out by heaters made of best quality Kanthal wire.
• Control Temperature is controlled by an energy regulator and indicated by a pyrometer. For better accuracy and safety of the furnace, Digital Temperature Controller (PEW-202) and/or Solid State Fuse (PEW-204) can be provided at an extra cost.
• Temp. Range 930^OC or 1200^OC maximum.
• Accessories Supplied with Pyrometer, Cr/Al thermocouple, compensating cable and Thermal fuse.

Construction

• Cabinet Double walled cabinet with outer made of mild steel, and inner chamber made of either mild steel or stainless steel as required.
• Insulation Glass wool filled between the walls to a minimum thickness of 2 inch.
• Outer door Outer door is fitted on heavy chrome plated brass hinges, and it contains a 'spring and roller ' type latch.
• Inner door Inner door is made of glass and is provided with a magnetic latch.
• Finish Outer side and inner sides (in case of mild steel) are painted with enamel paint.

Heating and Control

• Heating is carried out by a specially designed low-rating heater.
• Control The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. In PEW-60C, temperature is controlled by a solid-state temperature controller. For better accuracy and safety of the incubator, Digital Temperature Controller (PEW-202) can be provided at an extra cost.
• Heat Transfer Heat transfer occurs by natural air convection (except in PEW-60C) with proper inlet and outlet. In PEW-60C, heat is re-circulated with the help of a motorized blower.
• Temp. Range 5^OC above the ambient temperature to 60^OC maximum.
• Accuracy Better than ± 0.5^OC.
